He was predeceased by: his parents, Ophus Earl and Frona Ora Kelley (Sledd); and his wife Joyce Ann Pennegar. He is survived by: his sons, Rod Kelley (Cheryl) of Fenton, Jeff Kelley (Kathleen) of Swartz Creek and Wayne Kelley of Swartz Creek; and his brother Keith Kelley of Flint. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
