He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Heide and Effie McDonald (Jackson); his son Michael Heide; and his brothers, Perry Lock, Dennis Heide and Nick Heide.
He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Langford of Ohio and Beverly Reuther of California; his daughter Kimberly Bloss (Ryan); his grandchildren, Jordynn, Trevor and Garrett; his daughter Audra Grabda (Steve); his granddaughter Lexy; his sister-in-law Rose Lock; his niece Nicki Lock; and his nephew Dustin Lock (Shelly). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to St, Jude Children's Hospital.
