He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton M. Evans, and Jewel Constance Evans, Jr. (Rutherford); his stepfather Chester King; and his sister Karen Mackey. He is survived by: his wife Linda Tambini; his children, Christopher C. Evans (Katrina) of Athens, GA, Tonya Lyn Evans of Swartz Creek, MI and Danielle Dawkins (Spencer) of Chester, VA; his grandchildren, Cooper, Eleanor, Delaney, Maya, Adeline and Sebastian; and his pet Luci.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Swartz Creek Community Church (7400 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Swartz Creek Community Church Memorial Committee.
