He was predeceased by: his parents, Ossian Carlson and Anna Carlson. He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. Berg; his family Scandinavian; his sons, Curt Carlson (Dawn), Kim Carlson (Nicole), Duane Carlson (Carolyn) and Clint Carlson (Patricia); his grandchildren, Christopher Carlson, Cara (Carlson), Steve Kuester, Joshua, Amanda Carlson (York), Stephen Carlson, Denise Carlson, Laura Carlson, Madison Anna Carlson, Skylar Carlson of Virginia, Mitchell Ross Carlson and Nicholas Carl Carlson; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Kuester, Isaac Kuester, Luke Kuester, Charlotte Kuester, Caleb Carlson and Callie Carlson. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
