He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Faye, Irvin Sarver, Ted and Helen Clarkson. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Thomas and Susan Kay Clarkson (Sarver); his son Jentry; and the parent of his children Dallys Perkins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.

Those desiring may make contributions to Food Ministry of First Baptist Church of Holly.
