He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Philp and Bertha Philp (Burton); and his sisters, Beverly Philp, Sharon Monroe and Marilyn Kay Philp.
He is survived by: his children, Angie Motes (Thomas Bonham), Dustin Philp and Darrin Philp (Nicole); his grandchildren, Connor, Matthew, Delany, Ella, Natalie and Lincoln; the mother of his children Diane Primm; and his sister Jeanne Ordiway (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
