She was predeceased by: her parents, Annette Thornton (St Hilaire) and William Thornton; her husband Charles Dale (Chuck); and her sisters, Sandra Smith, Frances Whitehead and Theresa Demeulenaere.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Salvati (Frank), Linda Graham (Doug) and Jeff Warren; her grandchildren, Karri Guerena (Mario), Samantha Salvati, Alecia Henderson (David), Neil Graham and Laura Graham; her great grandchildren, Levi, Liam, Lucas and Lilah; her brother-in-law Ron Demeulenaere; and her close friends, Sandy and Charlie Vickerman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
