He is survived by: his wife Emily Boone (Barney); his son Brian Lee Boone; his former wife Roberta Scamehorn Boone; his siblings, Gordon Boone (Cleo), Janet Kay Janda and Phyllis Gauthier; his cousin Sally Berlin; and his son-in-law Paul Wheelock (Tina).
