She was predeceased by: her parents, Orley McClelland and Myrtle McClelland (Hall); her husband Howard James Kinney; her siblings, Marie White (McClelland), Dorothy Marsh (McClelland), George Hollenbaugh (McClelland) and Paul Rodesiler (McClelland); her brother-in-law Charles Kinney; her children, James Howard Kinney and Jo Elaine Kinney; and her granddaughter-in-law Dr. Shana Weber.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Kinney (Suzanne) and Lois Kinney; her grandchildren, Amanda Waskiewicz (David), Scott Kinney (Durae), Tim Kinney, Jennifer Ivey (Kinney) and Jeff Kinney; her great grandchildren, Alexander, Alyssa, Mia, Reece, Emma, Liam, Addi and Bryn; her daughter-in-law Eileen Kinney; and her sister-in-law Eloise Kinney.
