He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald Garver and Gail Garver (Winans); his brother Donald "Donnie"; his sons, Michael and Joseph; his close friend Ellen; his children, Matasha Megil (Tyler), Ashley Garver (Justin Meyers) and Shanda Garver-Knowles (Scott); his grandchildren, Shane, Nayeli, Aiden of Josh, AJ, Jada, Scott, Sebastian and Sofia; his stepchildren, Nicole Candice, Chelsea and Nathaniel; his siblings, Ronnie (Vera), Renee (Larry) and Kelly (Sam); the mother of his children Lela; his uncles, Lucky Winans (Lee) and Larry Winans; and his aunt Lucy "Dot" Daniels. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
