He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Fender and Jennie Fender (Cassel); his wife Mary Wanda Blevins; and his brother Glen Fender. He is survived by: his children, Joyce Payne of Tuscon, AZ, Leona Hanson (Dale) of Sebewa, Bud Collins (Jari) of Sunfield, John Collins of Vermontville, Wanda Kimball of DeWitt and Lou Ann Harag (Brian) of Charlotte. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; and several great and great great grandchildren.
