He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell and Mary Decess Sr. (Thomas); and his brother Russell Decess. He is survived by: his pet Brandy; his daughters, Brenda Breimayer (Richard) and Ann Gardner (Jeff); and his siblings, Beverly Kesson, Peggy Henderson, Monty Decess (Mona) and Scott Decess. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
