It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William J. Dilts of Sumner, Michigan, born in Alma, Michigan, who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Peter Dilts; his father Willard Clayton Dilts; his sister Sue Dilts; his mother Mary Jane Goostrey Dilts (Goostrey); his parents-in-law, Lester W Braman and Helen Marie Gilbert Braman; and his brother-in-law Charles McKinnon.
He is survived by: his pets, Shadrack, Blue Front Amazon, Skipper, Diva and Sage; his wife Jeanette Dilts; his sister Penny Arnold (Jeff); and his siblings-in-law, Kay McKinnon, George Braman (Betty), Lester Braman (Linda), MaryEllen Olmstead (Bob) and Carol Koch. He is also survived by 30 nieces and nephews, their spouses, many great nieces and nephews, one great, great niece and many cousins in the extended family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Gratiot County Community Foundation towards a joint scholarship for community service and education in Bill's name.
