He is survived by: his children, Willis "Dean" Welch of Belding, Richard Welch (Margarita) of Greenville, Billy Elliott (Carla) of Sumner, Joann Elliott of Sumner and Linda Elliott (David Jerome) of Sumner; his grandchildren, Brandy, Darcy, Gary, Trisha, Michael, Rex, Kimberly, Kasey, Bentley, Ashley, Mitchel, Angelina, Jessica, Christopher and Trish; and his brother Lewis Elliott of Vestaburg. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
