It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyle George Beardsley (Sumner, Michigan), born in Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on October 2, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Beardsley and Florence Beardsley (Blaine); his wife Joyce Elaine Beardsley; his stepdaughter Diane; his son-in-law Robert Jewell; his stepdaughter Sandy Williams; his grandson Glen Jewell; and his brother Colen Beardsley.

He is survived by: his children, Julie Maxfield (Glen), Judy Fox (Bob), Lisa Peterson (Jerred), Lloyd Beardsley and Karen Beardsley; and his sister Betty Beardsley. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
