She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Campbell and Helen Campbell (Andrus); her husband Clyde "Dave" Lavoy Jr.; her children, Benjamin Lavoy, Clyde "Dave" Lavoy Jr. and Debra Lavoy; and her siblings, Edith Damer, Eunice Miller, Earl Campbell, Lauren Campbell and Leon Campbell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rosemary Kummerow of McHenry, IL and Rebecca Zmich (Dan) of St. Louis. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
