He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Winnie Beula Urie (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Janice Urie; his daughter Michele Carman; his stepchildren, Lynn Hunt, Ronald Hunt, Dorene Rockafellow, Roger Rockafellow, Diane Brown, Michael Brown, Tammie Holton, Todd Holton, Larry Wymer, Denice Wymer, Bruce Wymer, Cynthia Wymer, Rick Wymer and Renee Wymer; his sister Naomi Sweet; and also Larry Carman. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter.
