He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Allen and Frances Allen; his in-laws, Bill and Jean Hollabaugh; his sister Judy Stark; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Stark and Darlene Allen; his nieces, Denise Terwilliger and Lindsey Hubbard; and his nephew Brett Terwilliger.

He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Allen (Hollabaugh) of Sumner; his children, Shelly Longanbach and Scott Allen (Julie); his grandchildren, Heather Wood (Adam), Erin Ruthenberg (Zac), Zach Allen (Miranda) and Jacob Allen; his great grandchildren, Evan, Bryce Wood, Marley and Macie Ruthenberg; his brother Jack Allen; and his nephew Joe. He is also survived by numerous brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
