He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Carl and Emma Loetz (Peters); and his brothers, Richard Loetz, Hans Louis Loetz and Donald Loetz.
He is survived by: his wife Kristy Middleton; and his stepchildren, Hansel, Erika, Heidi and Tristan. He is also survived by five step-great grandchildren.
