She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeak Prater and Zelia Prater (Bailey). She is survived by: her husband Carl Douglas Schuster; her sons, Bill Prater of Sturgis, Ron Prater (Twyla) of Sturgis, Scott Schuster (Tracy) of Sturgis and Chris Schuster (Lenore) of Sturgis; her grandchildren, Morgan, Madison, Mason, Hermynee, Brayden and Zach; and her great grandchildren, Lindsey and Landon. She is also survived by several brothers, sisters and nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rosenberg Chapel of Hackman Family Funeral Homes (807 E Chicago Rd, Sturgis, MI 49091). Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Rosenberg Chapel (807 E Chicago Rd, Sturgis, MI 49091).
