He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth F. Hurst and Margorie L. Hurst (Rowan); his sister Carol Sue Crawford; and his son Cedar McEntire. He is survived by: his wife Alice Richmond; his children, Brian Hurst (Tasha) of Knoxville, Kenny Hurst of Sturgis, MI, Rebecca Colaw (Brent) of Bakersfield, CA, Matthew Fisk (Dana) of Shipshewana, IN and Sky McEntire (Nicole) of Odessa, TX; his siblings, Lisa Hutson (Scott) of Hartford City, IN and Kenneth "Skip" Hurst of Oklahoma; and his daughter-in-law Iriny McEntire of Florida. He is also survived by several grand children and great-grandchildren.
