He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Olds and Kathryn Olds (Saxon); his wife Carol Anne Paulus; his son Timothy Olds; and his brother Jack Olds.

He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Neydon (Robert) of Sturgis and Susan Harter (Ron) of Howe, Indiana; his grandson Christopher Neydon (Jennifer); his great grandchild Timothy Neydon; and his brother Gordon Olds (Lynne) of LaGrange. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
