Ralph Jerry Burkhead Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph Jerry Burkhead of Sturgis, Michigan, who passed away on February 8, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph M. "Hap" Burkhead and Eulalia M. "Pat" Burkhead (Houser); his grandparents, Morton, Lillian Burkhead, Richard Ray and Sarah Houser; and his brother William Burkhead.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Ann Humphries of Sturgis; his children, Holly L. Altman (Burkhead) of Kilgore, Vicky I. Burkhead of Sturgis and Jerry I. Burkhead of Sturgis; and his grandchildren, Dustynn, Jayce, McKenna, Lily and Garrett. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hackman Chapel (114 S Nottawa St, Sturgis, MI 49091).
