He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Bud McCune, Bill Woodhurst and Minas Matheos "Papou". He is survived by: his parents, Mitchell M. Matheos and Debra A. Forsythe (Woodhurst); his stepparents, Susan Matheos and Jim Forsythe; his brother Thomas M. Matheos (Carling); his stepsiblings, Ellen Hensley (Joe) and Scott Kwast; and his grandparents, Barbara Matheos, Eddie, Mabel Staerkel and Linda McCune.
