He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon "Duke" Bargo and Helen Alberta Bargo (Basse); his former wife Betty J. Donaldson; his sons, Michael Joseph Bargo and Joseph Wayne Bargo; his sister Virginia Burke; his stepson William K.; his great-nephew Doug Burke; and his niece Sue Zeller.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Grant (Ehret); his sons, Jack L. Bargo (Patti Colasanti) of Richland and Brion Bargo (Elizabeth) of Ramona, California; his grandchildren, Michael Bargo, Erin, Caroline Bargo and Wells Bargo; his stepsons, Kevin Grant (Linda) of Wolcottville and Kim Grant (Debra) of Goshen, Indiana; and his nieces and nephews, Connie Thurston (Rick), Jack Ogle, Sandy Ogle, Jill Stanley and Judy Taylor (Allan).
