It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred E. Shank Jr. of Sturgis, Michigan, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred E. Shank and Marjorie R. Shank (Luttrull); his nephew Justin Roe; and his great-nephews, Jacob Michuda and Mason Shank.
He is survived by: his wife Robyn S. Hettinger; his sons, Nick Shank (Tracy) of Bronson, MI and Courtney Shank of Sturgis, MI; his grandchildren, Cody of Sturgis, MI, Erica Halferty of Sturgis, MI, Andrea Shank of Sturgis, MI, McKenna of Sturgis, MI, Knisley of Sturgis, MI, Kasey of Sturgis, MI, Breylyn of Sturgis, MI and Abel Shank of Sturgis, MI; his great grandchild Paisley; and his siblings, Loretta Roe (Len) of Constantine, MI, Jeff Shank (Tina) of Ft. Wayne, IN and Greg Shank (Cathy) of Sturgis, MI.
