She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emmie Barton and Chester Barton of Mendon; her son Martin Smith (Joyce); her grandchildren, Brooke Ringler and Skyler Smith; her siblings, Delbert Barton (Johanna) and Lucinda Tesch; and her cousin Dale Barton. She was also cherished by nephews, nieces, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Joseph County Animal Rescue Fund, Holy Angels Catholic Church, or the charity of your choice.
