He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Miller and Katie Miller (Borkholder). He is survived by: his wife Darla Miller; his children, Caleb Miller (Natasha) and Sherese Miller (Eric Heichelheim) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Noah and Hannah Miller; his siblings, Carol Rice (Randy) and Doyle Miller (Rhonda); and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
