She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Kenneth and Joann Jacobs; her aunt Marie Weaver; and her cousin Jennifer Surach. She is survived by: her parents, Mark Jacobs (Kelly) of Kalamazoo and Lisa Jacobs (Delp) of Sturgis; her siblings, Chase (Mandy Hunnaman), Delp (Delle) of Colon and Austin "Miles" Jacobs (Rebekah Scofield) of Colon; her stepsiblings, Lynzee Tschupp, Shayla Iden and Jazmin Batty; and her grandparents, Karen Owen (Jeff) of Sturgis and Mervel "Dick" Delp of Colon.
In lieu of flowers the family asks memorial donations be made to either the Colon Cheer team or the Colon Varsity Volleyball team.
