He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathew E. Mazeika and Veronica J. Mazeika (Kava); his daughter Cheryl Mazeika; and his brother James Mazeika. He is survived by: his spouse Gale Jean Olin; his daughters, Julie Clement (Robert) of East Lake, Daisy Mazeika (Amber) of Manistee and Betty Kubiskey (John) of West Virginia; his brothers, Mathew Mazeika (Barb) of Ludington, Mike Mazeika of Benzie County and Ted Mazeika of Eagle River, WI; and his sister-in-law Tammy Libey of Manistee. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
