He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James McNeely and Marialyce McNeely; his children, Nicholas McNeely (Brittany), Nathan McNeely, Daniel McNeely (Lauren) and Meg McNeely Browers; and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Danny, Emy and Henry.
