He is survived by: his spouse Karen Lehmann; his children, Garth Baize (Missy) of Stockbridge, Adrianne Dolph (Jeff) of Chelsea and Gerrick Baize (Samantha) of Chelsea; his grandchildren, Alyson, Elsa, Breanne, Tessa, Raegen and Charleigh; his sister Shelley Berger of Plymouth; and his niece Jodi Baize of Stockbridge.
