It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen A. Price of Stockbridge, Michigan, born in Northville, Michigan, who passed away on January 29, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Spencer and Grace Spencer (Center); and her siblings, Edward Spencer, Daniel Spencer, Michael Spencer, Janet Murphy and Connie Cross.

She is survived by: her sons, Matt Caroen (Nicole) of Stockbridge, Andrew Caroen of Brooklyn and James Caroen of Brooklyn; her stepsons, Tim Price (Lindsay) of Brighton, Todd Price of Pinckney and Scott Price (Gigi) of Pinckney; and her siblings, Dave Spencer of North Carolina, Randy Spencer of North Carolina, Greg Spencer of White Lake, MI, Sheila Ashley of North Carolina, Judy Reeves of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Dianna Rives of Spring Lake, MI, Marion Ring of Rock, MI and Linda Sanders of White Lake, MI.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Stockbridge Area Emergency Services Authority (SAESA).
