John C. Johnston Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John C. Johnston of Stockbridge, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 20, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Johnston and Carol Johnston (Shipman); and his siblings, Donald Johnston, Robert Johnston, Murlin Johnston, Mary Vonlinsowe, Richard Johnston, Katherine Oppenheim and Dennis Johnston.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia May (Gillmore); his son John Johnston (Dawn) of Texas; his grandchildren, Zachary (Karen), Devin and Deztiny; his brothers, Everett Johnston (Erma) of Arizona and David Johnston (Grace) of Gregory; and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Johnston of Gregory, Mary Johnston of Gregory and Diane Noble (Dan) of Stockbridge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in John's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Stockbridge Area Emergency Services Authority (SAESA).
