He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Proctor and Grace Proctor (Marsh); and his grandchild Bobbie Risner III. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Brooks); his children, Bobbie Risner (Cheryl) of Mason, Roger Proctor (Teresa) of Munith, Scott Proctor (Teresa) of Kentucky, Robin Burkhart (Andy) of Parma and Tracy Baldwin (Larry) of Stockbridge; and his siblings, Clinton Proctor (Joann) of Jackson, Arloa Smith (Mark) of Stockbridge and Coteal MacLaren of Florida. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
