He is survived by: his wife Meta Schroeder; his children, Astrid Meier (David), Edith Herbstreit (Harold) and Helmut Jungblut (Monica); his grandchildren, Jonathan Meier (Britney), Kristina Reid (Richard), Heidi Brown (John), Deanna Main (Nathan), Benjamin Herbstreit (Evelin), James Jungblut (Sarah Treger) and Jacob Jungblut; his great grandchildren, Karis, Simeon, Asher, Ethan, Eli, Hudson, Logan, Bennet, Adeelia and Mia; his sisters, Gertrude Pieler (Otto) and Brigitte Skowron (Gustav); and his brother-in-law Otto Schroeder.
