He is survived by: his wife Dianna Pultz; his children, Benjamin Pultz and Melody Pultz; his siblings, Brian Pultz and Barbara Pultz; and his aunt Stella Quinn. He is also survived by two nieces; and multiple cousins.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or to Caring Circle Hospice.
