With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Martin Vonk of Stevensville, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 7, 2024 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Vonk and Vivian Vonk (Thomas); and his sister Sharon K. Vonk. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Wasko; his children, Jim Vonk (Amber) and Marci Wark (Steve); his grandchildren, Makenzie, Madison, Maxwell Vonk, Kendall and Kamryn Wark; and his siblings, Shirley Cole (Larry) and David Vonk (Anne).
