He is survived by: his wife Deane Richter (Moody); his grandchildren, Madison McLoughlin, Jackson McLoughlin, Caroline McLoughlin, Darby McLoughlin, Alyson Bixby and Clayton Bixby; and his brothers, Melvin Richter (Connie) and Michael Richter (Sharon).
