She is survived by: her husband Loren; her children, Jim Gerber (Denise) of Holt, MI., Steve Gerber (Eloise) of St. Joseph, MI, Susan Anderson (Craig) of Mattawan, MI, Tom Gerber (Karen) of Grand Haven, MI., Dan Gerber (Kathie) of Battle Creek, MI. and Mark Gerber (Sheila) of Waterford, MI.; her brother Richard Rekeweg; and her grandson Duston Gerber. She is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given in her memory to Christ Lutheran Church or Caring Circle Hospice.
