He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Kelm and Marion Kelm (Hookey). He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Strasburg; his children, Elizabeth Kelm (Jeff Gustafson) of Stevensville and Paul Kelm (Heather) of St. Joseph; his grandchildren, Abigail, Andrew Klinke, Sydney Briney and Remington Kelm; and his siblings, Tim Kelm (Ginger) of Stevensville and Kristine Streit (Kevin Conklin) of Benton Harbor. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Memorial donations in Kevin's name may be made to the Humane Society of Southwest Michigan.
