He is survived by: his mother Dorothea Crocker (Krieger); his wife Bev Hendrix Anstey; his daughter Annette Peters (Greg); his stepdaughter Jessica Deam; his granddaughters, Tara and Kayla Deam; his siblings, Jeff Crocker (Bonnie Doutlick) and Gayle Allen (David); his niece Stacie Gallagher (Dane); and his nephew Justin Flagel.
