He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich Kemper and Freida Kemper (Jadyschke); his former wife Hanna; and his daughter Heike Powers. He is survived by: his wife Hilda Schwarz; his daughter Christel Ramsey (Alan) of Benton Harbor; his son-in-law David Powers of Bridgman; his daughter Brenda Brunke (Don) of Sawyer; his stepchildren, Bonita Frobel (Doug) of St. Joseph and David Schwarz (Angie) of Buchanan; his grandchildren, Brian Ramsey (Merry), Justin Ramsey, Aaron Ramsey (Rachael), Blair Powers (Brandi), Luke Frobel (Emily) and Samuel Frobel (Jasmine); his great grandchildren, Benjaman, Mason, Monroe, Walton, Willow, Jonah, Gwendolyn and Ella; and his sister Elfriede Kemper.
