She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ellis Conley and Helena Elizabeth Conley (Maecher); her husband Ted Wozniak; her sister Rose Sarrine; her siblings-in-law, Stasia Kistka, Sophie Cyrocki, Felix Kistka and Ray Cyrocki; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Wozniak.
She is survived by: her children, Helen, Larry Wozniak-Stevensville, Tom Wozniak (Jean), Fred Wozniak (Bonnie), Carol Larro (Ron), Pat Wozniak-Bainbridge (Teresa) and Sue Hardy-Stevensville (Bob); her grandchildren, Erik (Rachael), Steve (Hope), Scott (Rachel), Kevin (Stacy), Jodi, Carrie, Mark (Sharee), Liz, Patty, James and Nick; her stepgrandson Frank; her great grandchildren, Kathleen, Christopher, Keagan, Abby, Lily, Emberlynn, Andrew, Ethan, Evan, Caleb, Chloe, Sophie, Zeke, Jackson, Emily, Madison and Ryan; and her siblings, Joe Conley-Lansing (Connie), John Conley-Jackson and Alice Adams-Hanover. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
