He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Rochefort and Theresa Rochefort (Hines); and his brothers, Harland, Dale, Gary and Joseph Rochefort.

He is survived by: his wife Shurlie Rochefort; his children, Mark Rochefort, Kimberly Smith (Chris) and Matthew Rochefort; his grandchildren, Adam Rochefort (Tanya), Alexander Rochefort (Remi), Kelsey King (Zach), Lillian Smith, Carson Smith and Charlotte Smith; his great grandchildren, Autumn, Eliza, Logan and Molly; and his brothers, Gaylord Rochefort (Mary) and Duane Rochefort (Linda).
