It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gladys Pearl Stringer of Stevensville, Michigan, born in Goshen, Indiana, who passed away on October 10, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Perl Covert and Gladys Covert; her husband Robert Edward Stringer; and her siblings, Virginia Covert, Joan Inglish and John Covert.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Lockwitz, Robert B. Stringer, Kurtis E. Stringer and Matthew Stringer; and her sister Doris Helm. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Village Adventist Elementary School renovation project, the Michigan City SDA Church, or Caring Circle Hospice.
