It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Q. Teichert of Stevensville, Michigan, born in Watervliet, Michigan, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Teichert and Anna Teichert (Pede); his in-laws, Robert and Vera Sturch; his uncle Steve Pede; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Sturch and Leon Sturch.
He is survived by: his wife Medrith Mason Teichert (Sturch); his stepdaughters, Janet Chevillet (Chevy), Lori Gibson (Hal) and Yvonne Mason; his grandchildren, Melissa (Shon), Branden (Jackie), Katy (James), Jonathan (Ellie), Griffin (Erica) and Madeleine (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Isabella, Owen, Olivia, Miles, Sofia, Leo, Cash and Evelyn; his siblings-in-law, Caryl Sturch and Jim Sturch; and his aunt Miriam Pede. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
