She was predeceased by: her parents, George, Sr. Schubering and Olga Schubering (Zirk); her husband Robert Koern, Sr.; and her brother George Schubering, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Robert Koern, Jr. (Kay); her granddaughter Holly LaPorte (John-Paul); her great grandchildren, Isabelle, Matthew and Andrew; and her siblings, Marian Schadler (late Larry), Lonna Menzor (late John) and Louie Schubering (late Chris). She is also survived by her son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter and her husband, and great grandchildren.
