He is survived by: his nephews, David Bush (Connie) and Wendell Emery (Merrily); and his friend Larry Cole (Shirley).

“I am Theodora Bish - daughter of Richard Rodney Bish - GrandDaughter of Theodore Pike Bish I just want to say that I am very sorry for the passing of Donald Bish - My Dad and our family called him by " hammer head" a loving fun name - they all loved him dearly. They are all gone but I am sure he transitioned and are with him in the spirit realm. My deepest sympathy.”
