He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Marie Kormanik, Sr. (Wenski) and Charles Kormanik, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Kormanik; his sons, Charles H. Kormanik (Juliana) and Nicholas Kormanik; his granddaughter Lennon Faye Kormanik; and his siblings, Lisa Osgood (Brian) and Greg Kormanik (Patti).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boy Scouts of America Heart of America Council, Kansas City, Missouri; Bartle Scout Reservation or the Tribe of Mic O Say.
